Working with her, even if it’s just virtually, has been an absolute game-changer for me. I never realized how much smoother my life could run until we started our sessions. The tools she introduces, have revolutionized my day-to-day tasks. We worked together to find the perfect planner for me and helped me build a habit of using it all the time. It has not only streamlined my daily routine but also gifted me the peace of mind to sleep better. No more midnight panic attacks thinking I might’ve missed something important!
Another aspect I’ve come to appreciate profoundly is building spatial awareness. I used to stumble around, trying to find things in my cluttered kitchen. But with Denise’s guidance and amazing techniques, everything has its own spot now. Oh, and did I mention she orchestrated the organization of my Tupperware, pots, pans lids, and even cutting boards? She measured, suggested, and helped set up an over-the-door shelving system for my utility room. All virtually!
My home has never looked more organized, and the transformation is staggering. With Denise’s help, I’ve also learned small yet impactful tricks, like setting a timer to manage tasks efficiently.
Moreover, after reshuffling the kitchen, working on other areas, and realizing how much “stuff” I have I’ve become more mindful of my purchases. With her help in building good habits, now I pause to think about all the aspects of a purchase: if there is enough space to store it, if I can afford it. That’s a big win for someone like me!

Denise was very easy to work with. I was skeptical of the Zoom process at first but she really makes it work. I felt no judgment from her on my awful mess and each session ended with me feeling more powerful in my space. She is also able to help establish ongoing systems that help prevent falling back into disorganization in the future.
Originally my family and I searched for and chose to hire Denise to assist in move from my apartment of ten years into the new condo we had purchased. It was during the first winter and height of Covid and typically they’d be helping me since I had previously been completely overwhelmed by challenges of this nature. I am on the autism spectrum and although I don’t like to use this as a crutch or an excuse the reality of this is that I have immense difficulty in certain areas. Organization, cleanliness, time management, and planning are amongst the skills that present great adversity for me.
Anyway, due to my family being immunocompromised, they couldn’t come to my apartment since I had regular exposure to Covid via my job. My lease was ending and we had a time deadline and truly didn’t know what I was going to do. I was very scared and super stressed. Enter Denise! The perfect solution to a seemingly complicated problem. Virtual organizing!! What better way to help guide someone through their struggles and stress in knowing where to start, what methods to use, how to make best use of the time that I had, AND plan for the unexpected!
Thus began my journey with Ezorganizing. I never expected it would take the path that it has but I am so glad that it has.
We are now two full years removed from my initial meeting with Denise which was only intended to help with that move and then be concluded. However she facilitated that time for me so well that I chose to continue working with her on a weekly basis ever since and I can’t express how much her work with me has helped me grow. I am not always the easiest person to work with as my autism sometimes leads to heavy frustrations and occasionally emotional blow ups on my part.
I have had support staff in some form or another for the better part of my life but usually for one reason or another it doesn’t work out. Her patience and understanding of who I am and how I am affected by this is unlike most that I have ever encountered and/or worked with. She is great at having a pulse for my state of mind and doesn’t push her own agendas onto me. She offers insightful suggestions while also giving me the control to determine my own outcomes and allowing me to make my own choices with each session. Her continued positivity helps me to stay positive and increase my confidence as she helps me to recognize even the smallest of progresses. As my family and additional support staff will attest, my home is consistently in extremely better condition than it ever was prior to my work with Denise. I am much more aware of my surroundings and will self-motivate to stay on top of clutter and garbage rather than let it grow to monumental proportions.
What began as a short term fix to a fairly large problem has become a permanent fixture and ongoing lifesaver for me. Denise is so much more than just an organizer. She is more like a life coach for me as we work on many things that I need assistance with on a weekly basis well beyond the cleanliness of my home.
Her understanding of autism and her continued study and education in that field is in no small part responsible for my ability to work with and learn from her knowledge and experience. I am forever grateful we found her during a trying and scary time and I highly recommend her to anybody who experiences some of the difficulties that I face on a regular basis. Thank you DENISE!!
Denise helped me so much after the COVID crisis. I had long COVID after a bout with the Wild Virus early 2021. This caused me to fall behind in my daily organizing in a huge way. Mail had piled up, as well as housekeeping tasks. I was prioritizing my work tasks, getting them done, but neglecting my home due to lack of energy leftover after my workdays. When summer came, I was totally overwhelmed and did not know where to even begin. Denise gave me the habits I needed to begin, and each day got better and better. She is an intelligent, innovative woman who worked alongside of me with grace and kindness. She allowed me to work at my own pace and would gently encourage me during each session. She called upon her numerous contacts and utilized her resources ( in various areas)to assist me in my downsizing journey. Even when I felt overwhelmed by the magnitude of the task, she would get me to refocus and compartmentalize things to make everything more manageable.

After my husband passed, I couldn’t make heads or tails of the mountain of paperwork that accumulated during his illness. In addition I discovered my husband was a ‘closet’ hoarder. Every nook and cranny in his office was filled with mementos, collectibles and kits for future projects.
In just a couple of sessions Denise patiently guided me through the process of sorting what to keep, give away or throw out. She gave me the tools to continue the process in other areas of my home.

I was tired of the voice in my head telling me I’m incapable and was as desperate as I’d ever been. I found Denise and her EZ organizing through google. Like a teacher she provided me with what I would need and supported my decisions and gently, cautiously steered me away from my old (inadvertently) destructive habits. I could present her with a challenge and she’d literally sit right down and sketch out a blue print of the room, or utilizing a mental rolodex of organizational know how she’d solve problems and present numerous options of organizational tools for me to select.
I ABSOLUTELY recommend her to anyone who needs assistance, but especially those who are overwhelmed and feeling hopeless, because that was me. She listened to me when I was anxious and afraid and pulled me through. She was a guide, a cheerleader, a co worker, and a 100% hands on partner in the process. You’re the designer and she is the architect bringing it to life. Go for it! If you need help you’ll never find a better guide.
Denise is the best virtual organizer! She really changed my life. Denise always made me feel she wanted what was best for me. I am amazed at how much we accomplished and she actually helped me be able to organize on my own. I’m now able to stop clutter from building because I see things differently than before working with Denise. I always needed someone to physically work alongside me to get things done. I’d like to begin by stating that Denise went above and beyond what I ever expected. I live about two hours away from my parents who sold their vacation home and had a lot of the contents put into their home. I was looking for a smart, caring person who I could trust with my elderly parents.
About five rooms were completely full, cluttered, and disorganized. My mother, who is in her eighties, was very upset and stressed. I heard about it every day. She tried to fix her situation but it was literally impossible and was a tall order for me to help as it would have taken several weeks (of my vacation time) to organize. I did a lot of research and comparisons and Denise sounded great.
We spoke on the phone and I was impressed by her knowledge and caring approach. She started soon thereafter. My mother, who can be a bit neurotic (and critical) loved her. I was very surprised. She constantly commented on Denise’s approach which she, too said was caring, compassionate and patient. Denise helped my mother feel motivated and energized to get through her mess. Denise’s gentle, results-oriented, positive approach exceeded my family’s expectations is an understatement. We would (and probably will) hire Denise again without question. If I could give Denise 10 stars I would. First of all I would like to say how mentally free I feel and the amount of clarity that has come from just one session with Denise. My experience started with our phone consultation. Denise was very thorough and was patient in listening and making sure that all my questions were answered . She did not try to rush me and I felt satisfied and confident after our call.
When I met Denise I felt an instant connection / she has a great energy about her. We did a tour of the house and immediately got to work. Denise is extremely hands on and gets in the trenches with you without only delegating. As a side note I am also expecting baby number 2 and she was very cognizant about me lifting anything or straining myself and checking inn with me to see how I’m feeling. Denise was to the point and allowed me to make my own decisions and steered me in the right direction in regards to organizing what I called a dump room/ office. I liked that she helped me shift my perspective and mindset and called it a staging room instead.
She gave me some additional great tips For my sons play room and bedroom though it was not part of our contract . Denise went above and beyond and she made what could have been a stressful and confusing experience into a pleasant and streamlined one. Denise also told me exactly what size bins to get and how many based on our work and I felt confident after she left that I could do the rest on my own. We immediately set up another appointment and I look forward to seeing her again.

I was so frustrated with my main hall closet always ending a mess every time I cleaned up. Since my whole family uses the closet, someone was always messing it up again. I have known Denise for over 25 years. She has consistently displayed a very high attention to detail. All items in a project were meticulously planned out and reviewed with the customer. Once any adjustments were made, and the plans finalized, she drew up the final project documents. In a large project she insured there were milestones that allowed us to ‘checkpoint’ that we were on track.
